1. When you take out a new policy, or renew an existing policy – either online or over the phone you will be prompted for your Fly Buys number.
2. Once Petplan has your Fly Buys number linked to your policy, you will earn 1 point for every $25 spent (even over a period of separate payments).
3. Points will appear on your Fly Buys account 10 days after a total of $25 toward a policy is paid.

I forgot to enter my Fly Buys Card Number when I signed up/renewed my policy, can I still collect my Fly Buys Points?
For any new policies, please contact our Customer Service Team with your Fly Buys Card Number & policy details as soon as possible. For renewals please contact us any time before your renewal date.
I am an existing Petplan customer, can I earn points on my existing policies with Petplan?
No, Fly Buys points are only available on new policies, so when your current policy/ies is/are renewed you will start earning points.
You will earn 1 Fly Buys point for every $25 spent on your Petplan pet insurance premiums. We will keep track of the amount you spend and will allocate that towards your next point for 12 months.
Applies to new policies or from the next renewal of your existing policy.
